24 working hours for shipping after dispatch. Orders placed before 11am are dispatched the same day.

From €90 TTC purchase onwards. In-store collection always free.

Products
Do your products contain preservatives?+
No. Products labelled “Maison Louis” are GMO-free, without colouring, preservative-free. Preservation by sterilisation.
What is the shelf life?+
DLC of 3 to 5 years depending on the products, indicated on each preserve.

Product damaged on delivery?+
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. Replacement or full refund.
