Our reviews customers
How we collect, check and publish our customers' reviews — in accordance with the French Consumer Code (Article L.111-7-2).
How reviews are collected
Reviews are posted directly on our website by our customers from the product page of their purchase. We do not buy any reviews and do not use any review collection service providers.
Control and verification
Only customers whose purchase of the product in question has been automatically verified by our shop can leave a review. Each review is then checked before publication.
Contrepartie
No consideration, discount, gift or benefit of any kind is offered in exchange for the submission of a review.
Publication deadline
Reviews are published within 3 working days following review.
Shelf life
Published reviews are retained for 3 years from publication, then deleted.
Editing or deleting a review
A customer may request the modification or deletion of their review at any time by writing to us from the Contact page.
Refusal grounds
A review is rejected if it contains abusive, discriminatory or defamatory language, personal data, advertising content or content unrelated to the product, or if it does not correspond to any verified purchase. The customer is informed of the reason for rejection.
Flag a doubtful review
Any person can report to us free of charge a reasoned suspicion regarding the authenticity of a review using the link provided beneath each review.
Ranking Criteria
Default sorting: newest to oldest.
