Home delivery — mainland France

All our orders are dispatched by our carrier within 24 hours of your payment being confirmed, Monday to Friday (subject to availability).

Delivery charges

Free delivery on orders over €90 incl. VAT
Below €90: a flat rate shown in your basket and at checkout

Delivery is available in mainland France only. Orders to the French overseas departments and territories, to Corsica or abroad cannot be accepted at this time.

Order tracking

You will receive an email as soon as your parcel is dispatched by our carrier.

Collection in store — free of charge

You may collect your order directly from the shop, with no delivery charge:

Collection hours:
Monday – Friday: 9am–12pm / 3pm–6pm

Your order will be prepared within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email or telephone call (provided you have given us your telephone number) as soon as it is ready for collection.

You are also welcome to buy directly in store during our opening days and hours.

Storing your products

Our products are foodstuffs — please store them in line with the instructions shown on each package as soon as your parcel arrives. Should a product be damaged on delivery, please see our Returns Policy.
