AOP ALCOHOL
Domaine La Poyebade presents here a Brouilly 2024 whose expression of Gamay, the emblematic grape variety of Beaujolais, reveals all the freshness and typical fruitiness of the appellation. Produced from vines cultivated under High Environmental Value (HVE) certification, this dry red wine benefits from environmentally responsible practices, which is felt through its aromatic purity. The 2024 vintage, young and promising, promises a fruity wine, with aromas of cherry, strawberry and raspberry, enhanced by subtle floral notes. Traditional tank vinification, favouring partial carbonic maceration, offers a lovely suppleness on the palate, silky tannins and a fresh finish, endowed with a subtle spicy note.
