Fruit Cubes

Crafted with fruits rigorously selected for their flavours, these fruit cubes are a perfect balance between unique craftsmanship and product quality.
These delicacies with translucent colours are pure enchantment for the eye and the palate. Only lightly sweetened during cooking, the cubes are candied in cane sugar to preserve all their flavours and bring sweetness and subtlety to the pleasant taste of tart fruits. The fruit cubes are available in multiple flavours: apricot, pear, peach, pineapple, apple, kiwi, cherry, forest fruits, strawberry, raspberry and blackcurrant.

Fruits cooked in copper pans, dried, cut into cubes with a guitar knife then candied in cane sugar.
