Chemin De Moscou Pays D'oc
Moscow Road Languedoc
Capacity: 75cl
Chemin de Moscou has become one of the most renowned vintages from Languedoc over the past 10 years. Indeed, everyone agrees that this wine is unifying, innovative, harmonious and incredibly drinkable! Its bouquet is complex, with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberries and pepper. On the palate, it is both concentrated and fresh, with silky tannins and a finish evoking chocolate and blackcurrant cream. On the technical side, the Chemin de Moscou vintage is a selection of the finest barrels from the harvest. The wine is aged for 21 months in barrel: 1/3 Syrah in new Burgundian barrels for 9 months. Grenache and Cinsault in demi-muids and foudres for 9 months, then blending of the finest barrels of each variety followed by 12 months of aging of the blend.
